Designed for individuals preparing to enter a workplace, Pathways to Employment (PTW) focuses on skill-building in areas such as communication, teamwork, resume creation, and interview techniques. PTW participants engage in hands-on learning to gain the confidence needed to succeed in a professional setting.

For those looking for a team-based approach, group supported employment (GSE) offers the opportunity to work in supervised group settings. GSE helps participants develop practical job skills while also benefiting from peer support and collaborative work environments.

All members in the group are paid by the Qualified Vendor or employer for work performed in accordance with State and Federal law and shall at least receive minimum wage for their work.

No matter which service you choose, our team takes the time to understand each participant’s goals, abilities, and interests. We collaborate with families, caregivers, and local employers to ensure a supportive environment that fosters personal and professional growth. By offering customized plans and ongoing coaching, we help navigate challenges and celebrate successes.
